So, overall the biometrics wasn’t as bad as I feared and all the people working it that I dealt with were extremely nice. There was no chiding me about my weight and BMI like I had worried about so now I’m glad I did go.

I’ve been managing to keep up with at least one of my wanna-be accomplishments lately; drinking more water! I noticed this morning when I was getting ready for work, too, that it’s possibly been making a difference in my skin as well. The other day was just horrible for me, starting with a bad morning which led to a self-pitying mood which lingered for the rest of the day.
