That whimper Mayama gave in episode 15 of Honey & Clover when his coworkers hit the nail on the head about his feelings for Rika was the BEST. I had to watch it TWICE it was so funny! And that blush. Oh, that was great. Just great. ::slaps knee:: Aa, and episode 14, wasn't it? When Mayama complimented Yamado on her yukata [I accidentally typed kimono at first 0.o]. Does that one compliment really send girls in a tizzy like that? Did I even spell Tizzy right? Ga, I hate that word now. Anyway, if it does... no wonder all my girl characters seem so masuline. I can't even comprehend that kind of emotional sensitivity. ::twitches::

You know. I take lots of random personality tests because I always think they're hilarious, especially when they're so completely wrong [which, strangely enough is rare]. But the one thing I hate is this one that asks you 'Which element do you most believe you are?' I really hate it. I think, I wanna be fire! But that's not me. I think I most identify with water. Calm on the surface, unassuming, just 'La la la ::twirl::' and under it, a raging current, whisking things away to who knows where. The thing is, I HATE water. Don't like drinking it. Don't like swimming in it. I shower, cus a nice hot shower after a long 12 hour sleep is the best, but that's about it as far as my relationship with water goes. I used to love it as a kid, but who knows why I hate it now. We just don't get along. ::glares::

Aa, and people always put writing/drawing and reading in seperate catergories from each other. =_= I do them all. I don't write or draw as much as I read, but that's because I'm always thinking of the pictures in my head instead of drawing them and writing the words that go with them at the same time... ::grumbles:: I suppose that isn't the same thing as physically doing it, so I have to pick reading. And I'm one of those weird people who hates math, but loves science. Despises english, but engulfs themselves into art at random times. Even though I drew all the time, I can never say my favorite class is art, because I hate all the text work that goes with it. Art History is EVIL. They won't let me just sit and draw. But I don't mind problems for science, and I love how everything balances out. ::sighs:: There's that and the fact that my 3rd year Highschool Art teacher and I didn't get along at all. She didn't like anime/manga. She's never go so far as to not call it art because we were taught that *everything* was art somehow. But that didn't make her like it anymore. Hell. Like it at all.

So, we butt heads a lot in my second year, since I hung out with the third years instead of with my second year peers and they sat in her room in the mornings before class. Anyway, one day, we were arguing over something, anime/manga related, of course. She was saying that anime and manga were really foreign and it didn't make sense for me to reach so far outside of our culture for art when there was plenty of stuff over here. I countered that impressionism wasn't from here either, and neither was the abstract art that she did. They were all from europe, so how come mine was so different? I won my first and LAST arguement with her then. If there's any victory I shall recall even when I'm an adult and on my own, it'll be that one. ::sighs:: Best victory ever.

The third years were all like, 'Ooo! No one's ever beaten her in an arguement before.' Heh heh. Mark that one up in the books, people, cus it might be the only one by a student ever, and it was for japanese cartoons and comic books. ::laughs::
