Trying to finish my paper but it kinda sucks and I need a break.

10 firsts.
first boyfriend/girlfriend: Chuck
first best friend: Billie (a girl)
first screen name: GingerY7
first kiss: Chuck (see above)
first crush: My friend Ted from my church. He's a good Christian boy and he took me to 2 of my homecoming dances. He was like a brother to me and everyone was convinced we're going to get married. Unfortunately, he's a fundementalist of sorts who goes to the Air Force Academy and probably votes for Bush. I still love him though, and I miss him terribly.
first music: Songs from movie musicals like The Sound of Music and the Music Man. I used to be able to recite both of these word for word, and probably still can.
first car: A 1983 Chevy Corsica I named Ronald. My dad called it the Corpsica because it looked and drove like it belonged to a half-dead old lady. I actually received it fdrom my great-grandmother who at age 88 was told she could no longer drive after he cateract surgery. He's now many tin cans and I miss him terribly too.
first stuffed animal: A stuffed bear that played some song that I never knew the name of. My aunt bought it for my in the hospital gift shop the day I was born.

9 lasts.
last cigarette: About a month ago walking home when Nick walked me home from the bar. He had to light it for me because I was too drunk. Steve made the observation that me smoking a cigarette translates in Alliespeak to "Someone's getting ass tonight." Sadly, its subconsicously true.
last alchoholic beverage: Last night, at Bathhouse Debauchery Part 4 (my friends throw the most amazing themed parties.)
last kiss: Ugh. Not someone worth remembering, sadly.
last movie seen: I saw that piece of crap Derailed last weekend, only because I snuck into whatever was playing after Capote, which I highly recommend.
last phone call: I think it was my friend Jenn making plans to go out.
last cd played: A mix CD I made. The last album though was The Bends by Radiohead.
last bubble bath: When I was home in Connecticut a long time ago. I don't have a bathtub in my apartment and it makes me sad.
last time you cried: 2 weeks ago at work. I was so embarrassed, but my friend Wade comforted me, and it was sweet.
last relationship: Legitimate one? Jonas. So to speak.

7 states you've been to (not including ones you've lived in).
1. Florida
2. New York
3. Tennessee
4. South Carolina
5. New Hampshire
6. Texas
7. Maryland

6 things you've done today.
1. worked on my memoir assignment for class
2. panicked that my writing is boring
3. was a blatant stalker on the facebook to try and forget my potential boring writing
4. bought a cup of coffee at the Emerson Cafe, didn't finish it, but keep sipping nasty cold coffee anyway because I didn't want to be wasteful
5. read an issue of Cosmopolitan and wondered how they can say the same things every issue and people still keep buying it. there are no new ways to attract a man, Allie. save your $3.50 for beer money.
6. ate a peanut butter sandwich

5 favorite things in no order.
1. Playing board games or any game that involves being smart rather than having strong motor skills.
2. Sleeping longer than I need to, just because I can.
3. The brief feeling of wealth after cashing a paycheck.
4. Going to the movies all day, even if some of the movies suck because then I can compare them and feel superior.
5. Talking for hours with friends about random things.

4 person you can tell [almost] anything to (no order).
1. Kelly
2. Steve (of the Lewis and Weed variety both)
3. Star
4. Jill

3 wishes.
1. I wish that was more motivated and confident to prove my intelligence by getting better grades by actually doing all my work and speaking intelligently on things I know and care about rather than being shy and wimpy.
2. I wish that I could finish this paper and that it will go over well when I do. I'm writing about such a personal topic, and I am terrified that it sucks. No amount of reassurance can change that, even though I will try to get it.
3. I wish that I could wake up tomorrow and have perfect hearing. Then I wouldn't have to miss out on things or hide behind anything anymore. The sad thing is, I might come up with a new thing to hide behind then. Is the motivation to do that inherent in everyone or just me by circumstance? Hm.

2 things you want to do before you die.
1. Get married and have children.
2. Get a Ph.D.

1 thing you regret.
1. Regretting things.
