Thanksgiving
Because it's not midnight here:
I'm thankful for my mother, brother, sister, son, and nieces. I'm thankful for my father, grandmother, grandfather, and aunt even though they're not here. Without these people, I wouldn't be who I am.
I'm thankful for my friends, both online and off. You bring me much joy.
I'm thankful for my job. Even when I want to quit, I'm still aware of how lucky I am to have one.
I'm thankful for my home, car, and those other material possessions that seem so much more important than they really are.
I'm thankful to be part of a good team at work. They make my job both easier and more pleasant.
I'm thankful for those people on my friendslist whom I don't know well enough to really call "friend." They open my eyes to a world more vast and varied than I experience in my day-to-day life.
Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate, and Happy Thursday (and Friday, since Thursday's mostly gone) to those who don't.
