low fat cookies

apple oatmeal raisin cookies
POINTS: 3
INSTRUCTIONS

1/2 cup fat-free skim milk
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 1/2 cup rolled oats (i use this 4 grain rolled hot cereal i get from trader joes)
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup unpacked brown sugar
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins

sift together dry, combine wet and add to flour mixture. drop with a soup spoon onto parchment paper covered baking sheet. Makes 1 doz. Bake 350 15-20 minutes.

I have the points bc i do weight watchers - it's the same number as are in luna bars. Enjoy!
