I'm pretty excited, and I hope no one minds, but i'm gonna post my progress when I work out. I really don't want to tell my mom - well, she's supportive in a negative way, so I just don't want to keep her updated, she can keep on thinking i'm not doing anything :) it's better that way.
SOOO I plan on working out on my cycle 3 times a day, morning, afternoon and evening.
So far I did my first 30 minute work out, and it wasn't bad!! I stayed above the goal speed, it was on "weight loss" mode so it kept changing it's resistance.
We (Judah and I) were watching Astro Boy, so that was kinda fun, and I burned 208 Calories. Whatever that means (i don't calorie count).
Also, I plan on taking my measurements once a week, I have a spread sheet going. I hope I can stick to this, I'm still so excited, and I'm feeling good!
