Before 8:00 am on Tuesday morning, I have to accomplish the following:
Cook and package 24 meals for home delivery client.
Deliver 24 meals to home delivery client.
Chauffeur Ocras to the vet for his weekly fill-up.
Cook and photograph food for three columns (recipes already picked).
Write three columns. (Technically, I only need to get one done by Monday and I can do the other two on the plane and email them in, but why make things easy now?)
Laundry (This may be outsourced to Bax.)
Prepare and serve food for 12 on Monday night.
Lay in litter, cat food and fish supplies for two weeks.
Pack.
Pick up house to non-embarrassing levels. (This one isn't too daunting. Pick up office clutter and clean the bathroom, mostly.)
Put hold on mail delivery.
Return library books.
In the midst of all this, Cool Boss in SF suddenly realized I would be out of phone and possible email reach for two weeks and panic-dumped a project on me today. Item 1 absolutely has to be done tonight so everything can freeze overnight and be delivered tomorrow morning. After that, things will mellow out a bit until Sunday/Monday when I have serve dinner and be charming to my guests. Twelve isn't too many and one course is already made and in the freezer.
So, hold my drink and watch me make this jump.
