It's been brought to my attention that I have forgotten to mention that I have a new nephewlet! Eep!
He was born on Monday (haha, Labor Day, good joke, Alex. *frowns at bebe*) at a little after 2 AM.
He's quite small (well, 7 lbs 14 oz at birth, so not *that* small, but BABY!) and newborn-funny-looking. I'll post a couple pics when I get my hands on them. (He has monkey toes! They're wretchedly silly looking and adorable!)
I am still annoyed at him for being a few hours too late to be a Spencer Smith baby. *pouts at Alex*
His big brother has yet to drop him on his head, so all round I'm counting the first couple of days in the win category. \o/
(I don't know why I've been so quiet here lately. It's not really that I have nothing to say because I never have anything *important* to say but I rarely let that stop me from, ya know, talking. I half-way don't even realize I'm not posting because I keep composing LJ posts in my head and I just don't notice that I never actually put them down and watch them scroll by on my f-list. Silly me. I shall work on this communication-y thingie because I know I'm rubbish at it. If you are feeling neglected, tell me so!)
I'm gonna go shower now so I'll be ready to get Sprog#1 off the preschool bus later in case his mommy isn't back yet with Sprog#2.
(For reference, for those that don't know/don't remember/don't know what the frick I'm blathering about: Sprog#1 = my nephew Luke, aged 3. Sprog#2 = my nephew Alex, aged 3 days. & thier mommy is my next eldest sister, Aileen. These would be the kidlets I'm going to be taking care of full-time for most of the next year.)
