~♪♫♪ My DVD's are here. ~♪♫♪
I've watched the concert finally. ;) I purposely stayed away from LJ until i got my copy less the temptation become too much to bear. Every time i see a cute GIF or screencap my resolve weakens. Thankfully, the wait is over and i can gorge myself on the awesomeness that is KAT-TUN. :)
I was prepared to be disappointed because they recorded the Kyocera leg but i was surprisingly wowed. They came up with new things and for a group who's been doing lives for almost ten years that's saying a lot. To continually come up with something new and exciting is no easy feat and that's what i appreciate most about KAT-TUN. They're never complacent. And they consistently top what they've done before.
The packaging was a bit disappointing though. I had a slim hope of getting something extra in the RE - a bonus clip or something but alas. :( Even the postcard is similar to the pictures they used in the LE booklet. *sighs*
Watching the documentary brought back memories of Taipei. The excitement when the lights go out and you start chanting KAT-TUN; the adenaline when you hear the explosions and the "wall" collapse and they come out - looking fierce and ready to show everyone a good time; the non-stop waving of uchiwas and penlights; the deafening screams every time they do fan service... It's such an amazing feeling. I can't wait to do it again. ;)
I want to write my thoughts on the DVD but I'm pretty sure I'll miss something if i do it now. I need to watch it a couple more times to fully absorb it. ;)
Btw, did everybody had the same reaction I did while watching Kame's drum solo and Sweet-LMW? I swear I was trying so hard not to breathe while watching; I was afraid I'd end up panting. XDD
