i'm sitting in my screen writers class and our class is sharing story ideas for our short films. Valerie, who is from Del Rio, is telling us about a late night experience she had at whataburger. yeah, i'm majoring in film! i'm trying my hand at writing at the moment and production later...

i hope you are ultimately going for your masters?

i have a friend who graduated with an RTF degree (bachelors only) and can't find a job for shit, despite his background (which is quite extensive in the mini-independent film sector).

then again, he still lives here in austin. :P

i'm planning to move to NY this summer and the oppurtunities out there are endless! (hopefully)
