In short of being able to do that, the jogging idea is a good one but if you're into any sort of sporting activity I recomend booting a soccerball against a wall a few times as hard as you can, that wears you out pretty fast too. (wears out the soccerball as well.. but what's more important.. the ball or your sanity?)
