Suggested Stress relief techniques:

It is almost impossible to overlook that nearly everyone is stressed to the point of losing it, or exploding. What I find the single best outlet for stress, is x-rated an not going to be put on an online forum. BUT, next best thing is fighting. Yes, actual, full out, full contact fighting. With weapons. I'm insulted simply by the fact that you would even doubt I knew what a blue angel was. Last I checked, I was a guy. Last I checked, lighting our farts on fire is our domain. ;)

I miss martial arts the most for that exact reason... I used to love when we did throwing classes. I would always pair up with the biggest person there because I knew by default they would end throwing me harder, which meant a harder breakfall, which meant of course beating the crap out of the ground. Very good stress relief.

In short of being able to do that, the jogging idea is a good one but if you're into any sort of sporting activity I recomend booting a soccerball against a wall a few times as hard as you can, that wears you out pretty fast too. (wears out the soccerball as well.. but what's more important.. the ball or your sanity?)

Funny, I just spent hours tonight fighting! It *is* good stress relief, though I find it only works until I'm done fighting. Then it's back to my real life. Definitely easier to act angry and vicious onstage when you're stressed in real life though...
Thanks for the sympathy, on behalf of all of us stressed people. I'm well aware I'm not the only one. I hope it gets better for everyone else soon! Only a few more weeks, right?
