Suggested Stress relief techniques:

It is almost impossible to overlook that nearly everyone is stressed to the point of losing it, or exploding. What I find the single best outlet for stress, is x-rated an not going to be put on an online forum. BUT, next best thing is fighting. Yes, actual, full out, full contact fighting. With weapons. Big weapons. You gear up for a little protection, then spend the next half an hour, off and on, wailing on eachother. Very theraputic. AND good exercise. Which is also good for stress, as it releases endorphines which calms you. Yes, there's nothing like bashing someone with a blunt weapon larger than many small people to exorcise the tension.
But, that not being an option for most of you, I suggest a quick jog. It really does do wonders (and if it doesn't, you'll probably be too tired to care that much anyway).
Oh, another thing my friend and I used to do when we were kids, which really didn't have anything to do with stress but was just fun, but here I'm thinking it could also work for stress, was bunch a TON of socks onto our hands. I'm talking like, 12 pairs each or something. Get them all on to your hands (help each other, it makes it a lot easier), althought the last hand to be done is troublesome, then establish the ground rules: No hitting to the face, and for the guys, nothing below the belt. Other than that, go crazy! Eventually we went to Zellers and bought those over stuffed boxing gloves for kids, and they were much better. You basically could exaust yourself without causing any injury whatsoever. It was great. And lastly, I find writing random thoughts to be somewhat relaxing. Bitching is good too, never underestimate bitching. And that's good for others too, cause sometimes when certain people bitch it's the funniest thing in the world (but don't get me wrong, it's not necessarily WHAT they're bicthing about but rather how they go about bitching that I find amusing, Steffa "it's a whole stinking turd" lol...). Anyway, just a few weeks left! It will get better.
