Probable schedule for next semester:

It's gonna be crazy. My last two semesters have been pretty easy in terms of class time vs. free time. This semester (after I dropped latin dance), I've never had more than 2 classes in one day. And half the time I don't have class on Friday. It's been great. I don't know if I'll be able to handle 3-4 classes every day. I've been spoiled. And I've never had a class before 9:30. 8:30 bio's gonna suck. Though it helps to remember that I had 7:30 classes all through high school.
But anyways, the classes are: Biology 115, Chem 111, CSS 235 (society and natural resources), CORS 220 (honors something about natural disasters), Rel 303 (early Christianity texts & thoughts), H&S 288 (emergency response & first aid). And if it ends up being too much, I'll drop the religion one or first aid.
The core science natural disasters class has the potential to be lame, but I wanted to throw some honors class in there so I can continue to keep my honorifical early registration status. I was going to take honors chem instead, but that's at the same time as biology, so if I did that, I wouldn't be able to take bio until my junior year, but it's a prereq for a lot of classes in my major, so it'd probably be good to get it out of the way sooner rather than later, and just take regular chem. I thought about taking bio over the summer instead, but I'd have to get up for 7:30 class 4 days a week and that sounds simply dreadful. And I'd have to pay for it, because I'm pretty dang sure my full-ride doesn't cover summer school.

Blah blah blah. Right now I'm really just procrastinating. I should be working through my checklist of stuff to work on up there. Bleh. How about a short term checklist? Goals for today:
___ get caught up in geology reading (4 chapters)
___ read this chapter about Islam
_x_ go to rite aid and pick up some insulin for my pump appt Wednesday
___ prepare my speech that was supposed to be prepared by last Tuesday
_x_ go dancing
_x_ then maybe go see Full Metal Jacket at 9:30, because I've never seen it, but I think it's one of those movies that I should see.
Ha. Reflection: I completed everything that wasn't homework.. I fail. But you know, what? It's ok.

And, lately it seems like I mostly write on here when I'm in a crappy mood, so I'd just like to say, for the record, that right now I am not sad, lonely, grumpy, overwhelmed, etc. I am generally a happy person, I'm just more likely to write on here when I'm not feeling so sunshiney. Because when I am feeling sunshiney, I'm most likely outside twirling in the streets like Mary Tyler Moore.

We're gonna make it after all.

Not related to anything at all, but last night I had a dream where I was in Alaska, but had my Japan bedroom. And then I was just like man, I've had an awful lot of bedrooms in my life. 1) New York, 2) Texas house, 3) Texas apt (shared a room with David fun!) 4) WA house, 5) WA apt, 6) Japan house, 7) AK house, 8) ID dorm, and soon to be 9) ID apt
