I'm watching Unwrapped and it's all about the cereal. Very nostalgic for more than one reason.
I miss all the fun little commercials for these happy cereals from my childhood. Take a stroll down memory lane with me won't you...
Tucan Sam, Trix Rabbit, Sugar Bear, Tony the Tiger, Snap Crackle Pop, Sunny the CooCoo, Smacks the Frog, Cornelius, Wendell who makes the Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Honey Bee, Lucky, Count Chocula, Cap'n Crunch...
So much fun...if I've left your fav off the list feel free to add them in there.
I would like to express my excitement about the fact the I am getting a Count Chocula and a Frankenberry Wacky Wobbler thanks to the proof of purchase off Em and Joe's boxes. Yay!
Also this show is fun to watch because I remember the first time I saw it. It was last year, late at night, and the first time a certain someone put his arm around me. When the segment about the Cereal Icon Museum came on, he told me I should be in a museum. I didn't know what on earth he meant but he repeated it quite a few times. It was just a taste of things to come and I must admit I was hooked =)
The things I remember are really quite odd, don't you think?
Ahhh...strolling down memory lane hand in hand with Tony the Tiger is amusing.
