Mind over matter

With a month to go, I've taken the drastic but necessary measure to hunker down and get on with a detox plan.

Diet:
- only complex carbs (brown rice, whole wheat bread)
- 1 milk tea and at least 2 litres of H2O a day (no other forms of liquid)
- 2-3 units of alcohol on Friday nights (equivalent of 2 white wine spritzers)
- no snacking on unhealthy stuff during the week
- 2 cubes of cadbury hazel nut chocolate on Saturday (cmon, I need a break)

Exercise (weekly):
- 3 cardio sessions
- 1 personal training session
- daily crunches
- 1 golf practise session and 1 golf lesson
- 2x 15 min wakeboarding runs

I am even considering hydrocolonics. Apparently it is very effective in cleaning up and hydrating your system, which leads to radiant skin (hydration) and more visible abs results when combined with exercise.

Time to work hard.
