The question is: is there anthing we can do to improve our service?

The reply: "Nothing. I just want Paul T___'s manager D___ M____ to
know that Paul showed high level customer service and superior knowledge
of how to troubleshoot the complexity of issues my system faced. There
were a tremendous number of complex resolutions Paul made which have
previously (calling techline) experienced techs from premium support not
being able to appropriately resolve and instead referred the job onto an
onsite rep. I was extremely impressed my Paul's time and insight into
Fidelity systems, particularly as [my group]'s systems are often difficult
to troubleshoot. Please promote this man so he can train and advise
other technicians that I've dealt with!! Best regards, S___ R____"
