same workout, sets of 75 pushups, same totals
200 pushups, 200 crunches.
no pull ups, instead did 50 squatting front kicks.
then i ran forms (ow) and meditated for probably less than 5 minutes.
now i'm going to type out all my techniques and stuff. yay!
