My morning routine:
50 pushups
50 crunches
50 pushups
100 side crunches (50 each side)
then, the shoulders:
20 extended lateral raises 12lbs each hand
20 raises to the front 12lb each hand
20 for the rear of the shoulder, 30lb each hand
20 bicept curls, 15lb each hand
Then i did 10 pullups
For some reason, after taking a small break, i decided to do another
100 pushups
woot!
workout
