Meeting Cancelled!
So I was supposed to hold my first training session on Tuesday. Cancelled! So I went exploring again today.

I then had breakfast downstairs at the cafe. Lots of tasty vittles. Including one of these cute little xiaolongbaos (pasty buns with sweet pulled pork inside.)
some kids walking from school. it was strange to realize that they were heading home just when i was getting my day started.
i love seeing mass consumer goods in different languages.
man i love escalators that are curved.
it was some sort of cooking demonstration. people were excited!
nanjing lu shopping area. BIG. BIG. ENDLESS.
inside one of the many stores in the district. this particular counter was selling all sorts of tiny candies.
my lunch. a cooked duck leg i got from a vendor on the street. cooked with all sorts of spices. delicious. cost: about 80 cents USD.

another interesting street food item. cold vermicelli in prepackaged plastic bowls. then the lady would sprinkle in fish oil, soy sauce, cilantro, little tiny prawns, and sriracha style hot sauce.
