Just found out today the my dad has torn his bicep muscle from the bone and the doctors don't think there is anything they can do. He's been in pain for almost 10 months now but it only recently turned black, the area around where the tear would be. Gah! What a completely uneventful weekend. I had all these things I was gonna do and did none of them. It's a bit sad that I spent the whole weekend at home - well, I did manage to get out the door to put the rubbish out, but that was as far as I got.
