Is your trip to Japan totally cancelled, then? Or are you going to go some other time?

Rescheduling a trip to Japan during a major travel season didn't work out -- too expensive. I plan to travel to Kyoto at some point in the future, but I don't know when. This taught me to not plan trips too closely together, and my summer's already a bit busy with moving to Pennsylvania and all.

Speaking of Pennsylvania, my fate was sealed with delivery confirmation today -- I just sent the signed acceptance papers :)
