Miscellaneous updates

I graduated. My mom, brother, and aunt were in town for my two ceremonies. I attended the big University Commencement at which President Obama gave the Commencement Address. That was a huge headache and hassle, but worth it in the end. Lots of good memories. Alice Cooper was also there and performed his song "School's Out for Summer" with his son's band Runaway Phoenix. At the smaller ceremony, Hugh Downs was the speaker and I got to walk across the stage and get my fake diploma at that one.

I'm moving out of Arizona very soon. I think this is going to be a pretty difficult move for me. I've spent almost a decade being "involved" with Arizona in one way or another. Even though I spent some time away, I was still connected through friends and school. Now I'll be getting a one-way plane ticket when I leave. I'll miss my friends a lot. I'm planning on spending a couple months in Oklahoma this summer before I move to Oregon sometime in August. I'm having my stuff shipped and stored in Oregon for the summer so it will be waiting on me there when I move. I'm not good with such big changes.

Yesterday was Tori day and I didn't participate. I remember when the new Tori album was the most important part of that special Tuesday that happened every other year. Perhaps it's just because I'm so busy with other things going on. I did manage to buy the album(s) today and I got the special poster/lithograph thing. I also bought the album on Vinyl because they had it for a great price, but now I'm wondering what to do with it. I sent all the rest of my vinyl home when my family drove back to OK after their visit because they probably shouldn't be stored in the heat all summer. Now I have to figure out what to do with the one lone vinyl when I am packing everything next week.

That's all for now.
