I am very excited because I just placed and ordered my first sewing book. I ordered the DK's complete guide to sewing and I can finally say that I am on my way to start sewing!
Lately, I have been in the mood to make a teen's corset because of the back brace that I wear at work because Number one, It makes me feel like I am wearing a corset and
Number two when the back brace it sits on me when I put it on I feel that it gives me that teens look with the corset edge coming out though the shirt. This is how I feel, look when I am wearing the back brace (which I know sounds funny) but it is true, and this is the best way I can explain it.
As soon as the book gets in, I think I need to make the basics first, and then I will order the laughing moon corset because people said that it is a good beginner pattern to use when making your first corset. When the book gets in, I will let you all know, and I will let you know when I begin my first project. I can now officially remove a book from my wish list from barns and noble and Amazon.com!
