Obviously, this refers to the end of the school year, since it's only May. The last day of school for the kids was May 20, and for teachers it was May 22 at noonish.

I've always loved strawberries. When I was little, we had some strawberry plants in the back yard. I used to pick the strawberries as soon as I saw them, even if they were green and covered with dirt. One of the best things about my house is the closet space. I have two large closets, which will be great for storing all the stuff that I don't want to throw away. The problem is that a lot of the wall space (in both closets) only had a hanging bar, as opposed to shelves. I don't have nearly enough clothes to justify that many hanging bars. It's interesting how a day off of school changes when you get older. It used to be all exciting, because I could sleep in, or go to someone's house, or whatever. Now, a day off has turned into a day where I can get done all the stuff that I don't have time to get done.

Wow. This past work week absolutely wins as the busiest, craziest week I've had this school year. This was one of those weeks where I needed to be talking to a teacher, talking to a student, and on the phone all at the same time. Oh, and I had to teach classes, too.
