I am not sure if like you I am a people pleaser, but I have real trouble saying no. And 9 times out of 10 I am really pissed off at myself for doing it, yet I continue to do it. Why? I wish I knew...
3 mins on the stepper is fantastic, I struggle to do that as well. I haven't been to the gym since last Monday, and I know, I know - I have one downstairs from where I live, but work is kinda getting me down again, so the last thing I feel like doing is putting myself through avoidable pain and suffering.

You did 30 minutes on the cross trainer?
You are a beast!
I did 20 on the bike, 20 on the treadmill and 10 on the crosstrainer (mind you i was going at 70RPMS....)
