I watched a movie called "After.Life" last night (I didn't know what to watch and it was the first thing listed alphabetically on my TiVo box) - it starred Christina Ricci, Liam Neeson and Justin Long. I thought it was weird but pretty good. And it had an unhappy ending which was equal parts cool and "what?!".
After that I watched "Dexter" - 6x05 - I'm enjoying this season so far but I'm not quite sure when the plot is going. I do really like the friendship between Dexter and Brother Sam. Especially as Dexter doesn't really do friendship so doesn't quite know what it all means. Colin Hanks' character is very interesting to me. I wonder if the lightness can overpower the darkness in him. Or whatever Brother San said could be possible. Oh and the woman in the episode I watched last night also guest starred on an episode of "Hawaii Five-0" in season 1. 1x16, I think. Michael C Hall has been as good as ever this season. It still baffles me that he hasn't won an Emmy yet.
In other news: "Castle" returned in the US last night. I'm looking forward to watching it later. No Five-0 this week though which sucks.
