One week til Christmas!
Today was the last day of term and I'm now off work for the next two weeks and when I go back it will be 2016! I can't believe that. It doesn't seem that long ago when 2015 started! Oh, and my three days in charge at work went by without any problems which was good. I was a little bit nervous, to be honest.
Since my last post I've only watched a few things (as most of my shows are on their midseason breaks):
"Limitless" - 1x11 (midseason finale) - I thought this episode was quite a good one but I kinda missed Brian even though I did like the way they focused on other characters one by one. I thought the effect NZT had on the others was really interesting and I guess Brian has the right genetic make up (or whatever) so that he doesn't react the same way. I thought the stuff with Boyle was interesting. And the Mike and Ike stuff was fun. I'm wondering where things are gonna go in the second part of this season.
"How To Get Away With Murder" - 2x08 - things are definitely getting interesting now but I liked that Wes figured some stuff out at the end. Sometimes I think he's the smartest one there. I'm interested in seeing where things go from here and how we end up where we know we end up.
"Elementary" - 4x06 - I enjoyed this episode. The case of the week was good enough (the stuff with the video game reminded me of the ET Atari game but I guess that was the point) but I think my favourite scenes were the ones between Sherlock and Alfredo, the scene at the end was especially nice.
Last night I also watched the movie "Serendipity" which is nowhere near as festive and Christmassy as I'd remembered.
