Tuesday
So, I'm on half term from work at the moment (already!) and once I go back it'll be the countdown to Christmas! Which is weird. It doesn't seem like that long ago when it was last Christmas. I always say that once the Summer (school) holidays are over the year is almost over and every year I feel like I'm proven right. The September to Christmas term always goes fast! I have made a start on my Christmas present shopping though which is good. And very organised for me.
As I'm off work, and the weather is pretty good (for now), we went to a place called Northala Fields yesterday. We'd been thinking about going there for a while but just hadn't got around to it (even though it's quite local). It was quite nice there and nice to see people using it. There's some pictures on my instagram as usual.
In other news: I watched "The X Factor" on Sunday night. I'm slightly disappointed that my boy (who I'd put a bet on) went out, and didn't make it to the lives. Good job I only put £2 on! I think the whole thing is manipulated though (I know it always has been but at least they tried to hide it before). I still think Caroline and Olly are out of their depth though - Caroline seems really uncomfortable on screen, which is weird as she's done live TV before. Both of them just show how good Dermot O'Leary actually was. I think you don't realise how much of a skill it is until you see someone doing it badly. I don't think any of the changes they've made this year have worked. In fact, they've just made the show worse.
On Sunday, we went to MCM London Comic Con. I dressed as Claire - and met a couple of Owen's again which was cool. I like dressing as her. She's a cool character and the costume is really comfortable.
Last night I watched "Quantico" - 1x05 - I thought this episode was quite too. Things are getting interesting again and some things that people are keeping from each other are coming out in small pieces. I still think Simon is lying about some other stuff. It's pretty interesting and I'm suspecting practically everyone at the moment.
And "Criminal Minds" - 11x02 - I thought this episode was quite interesting and I liked the way things played out. This show has been on forever now. I wonder how much longer it can continue?
I'm gonna give the pilot of "Supergirl" a watch tonight. I've heard good things.
Oh, apparently Taylor Swift's 1989 was released a year ago today!
