Another week begins
The SyFy Channel have been showing some naff movies as part of their "terribly good" season and on Saturday night I watched "Sand Sharks", yep, crap, and "Ghost Shark" which I actually thought was quite good. Apart from the ghost shark. The characterisation was actually quite good and I actually ended up caring about the characters a little bit.
Last night I watched "Rookie Blue" as usual for a Saturday. Thought this episode was quite good and I'm interested in seeing what they might do with the new rookie.
As I'm now in the middle of my summer holidays (off work) Mum and I have spent a lot of time walking. We did Richmond a couple of weeks ago and last week we walked home from Wembley - and every evening we take the dog out for a long walk around the local area. Today we decided to go to Cassiobury Park in Watford and walk along the Grand Union Canal to Rickmansworth. It was a lovely walk and according to my UP wristband we did 10 miles!
I've been taking a lot of pictures on our walks and have posted some pictures on my instagram.
In other news: Rogue Events are going a "City of Heroes" con next year and a couple of days ago they announced Stephen Amell as a guest! I'm so tempted to book a ticket. I think I'm gonna wait and see what the other guests are gonna be.
