Happy August

I can't believe it's August. How did that even happen?

Our planned trip to the beach on Wednesday was a bit of a disaster - the car broke down and we ended up coming home on a breakdown truck and a very long and very warm bus ride. And we didn't even see the beach! Oh well, worst things have happened, right?

In other news: I watched "Graceland" - 2x07 - for some reason I'm still not loving this season as much as season 1. I am enjoying the Johnny storyline though and am wondering where it's gonna go. It's pretty cool seeing Danny from "CSI: NY" on my TV again - even though he seems to be playing a bad guy.

Suits 4x07

I thought this was a good episode. I'm glad Rachel told Mike even though she knew how he would react - I don't think she could have continued what they had with that hanging over here. And I did kind of feel sorry for her when she told him. I felt sorry for him too. It's just a bad situation for all involved, I guess, but Mike is my favourite so I'm always gonna be on his side. I don't think beating up Logan was the best way to handle things but Logan kind of deserved it and Mike is the poster boy for acting before thinking, isn't he?

I wonder how things are gonna play out between them now?

I really liked the scenes between Mike and Harvey - it was really nice seeing them being nice to each other after all the drama. And I thought it was really good that Harvey didn't try to lecture Mike on his behaviour but was just there for him and giving him whatever he needed. I'd missed that. I also quite liked that Harvey got rid of Logan, just because of Mike. Aww.

Even though it was inevitable that Mike was gonna end up back at Person Specter I couldn't help but smile when Louis used his reward to get Mike back. The gang's back together!

Speaking of Louis, how sweet is he? He just couldn't let Mike get into business with that Forstman and using his reward was obviously all he could think of. Poor Louis. I hope he doesn't get into too much trouble when what he's been doing comes out.

I also watched "Glee" - 5x15. I don't know why but this show has been making me cry recently and last nights did the same. I guess when it's the end of something - like them graduating and glee club ending - it just makes me feel sad for some reason. And Will has always been my favourite so seeing him upset always makes me upset.

On Wednesday night I watched "Chicago PD" - 1x03 - this show still seems quite dated to me for some reason. It's quite interesting seeing the mentions and scenes related to scenes from "Chicago Fire" and trying to place where they were in season 2 of that show. It's quite weird.
