I ordered a Jawbone UP "fitness band" the other day and it arrived yesterday. I think it's quite cool - it measures how much you move and sleep and stuff. Last night I apparently had quite an interrupted sleep. Which actually explains a lot. Mark's had one for a while and I'd been thinking about getting one and this was in the sale. I had to get it

I was looking at various 'fitness bands' at the Gadget Show Live on the weekend and saw the Jawbone. Looks good, so I'd be interested in hearing how you get on with it.
