Welcome back, Mr Deeks.

NCIS LA 5x03

Aww, it was great having Deeks back in the field and I loved all of his scenes with Kensi as usual - I especially loved the one when she told him all the torture jokes she'd been saving up and then admitted that she'd missed him. Awww. Of course, she missed him. Everybody did. I also loved everyones reactions to seeing him again - especially Nell and Eric (I thought that scene in ops was really cute). Even though Callen seemed quite harsh to him I think it was good that someone said it, if Deeks isn't ready then he shouldn't be there. For his own safety and the safety of everyone else. Deeks said he wants to be there and he's ready to be back but I'm not sure if he really believes it. I hope he is ready and isn't coming back too soon. If he hesitates in the field (again) it could be a matter of life or death. I think Callen is gonna be keeping an eye on him from now on.

I also liked the scene at the end with Deeks and Kensi going to dinner. They're so cute.

I loved all the Deeks moments - loved him saving that lady and then being all, you know, Deeks about it. And the scene when everyone kept asking him if he was okay was good too. Oh, and Deeks in those skinny jeans. Oh yeah. He should wear them more often.

I enjoyed the Callen and Sam scenes too - it made me laugh when Sam was saying that his family said he needs a makeover. He does were those same shirts all the time! Lol! Cute scenes about Hetty's car too. There's no way Sam would have fit in it comfortably!

I thought the case of the week was interesting enough but, again, I was more focused on the character stuff (and Deeks in skinny jeans!).

SPN 9x01

I thought this was a pretty good start to the show ninth season (seems crazy that it's been on that long really - and ratings are actually going up) especially the fallout of the angels falling. I really liked the Castiel parts of this episode. It's gonna be fun watching him adjust to being human. I think Misha Collins is gonna do a good job with that. I loved that the phone call he made was to Dean, of course. Who else would it be really? It's not like he has that many friends. I thought it was cool that he phoned Dean just to tell him that Metatron had manipulated him into making the wrong choice again. Hen just wanted Dean to know that. I especially liked that once he knew something was wrong with Sam he was willing to go there even though he wouldn't be able to do anything now. I really wanted Castiel to phone Dean again to come and pick him up at the end of the episode but maybe he didn't have any money left? I wonder how he's gonna meet up with the Winchesters again?

I also quite liked that the angels that had fallen still had their powers and they're not all good guys. And they're out for Castiel's blood now.

I thought the Sam stuff was quite interesting and it was quite telling that he was willing to just give up and die for good this time but Dean wasn't willing to let him do that even if it meant doing something crazy. I do think that having that angel dude in Sam (to fix him apparently) is a really bad idea and I'm sure it just isn't gonna end well. At all. And we've started the season with Sam and Dean keeping things from each other again. I'm not sure how I feel about that. I know Dean is doing it to save Sam but keeping secrets is starting to be a thing for these two.

Love the new credits too, btw.

Person of Interest 3x03

I really enjoyed this episode - although a lot of that might have to do with the presence of the lovely Warren Kole (I still really miss "Common Law"). I really liked his character in the end and his interaction with everyone else was good. I was especially pleased that he wasn't the bad guy everyone thought he was. As the episode went along I was saying "No, he can't be a bad guy, he's too pretty". I wonder if we'll ever see him again? He definitely had a connection with Carter so who knows. I think Warren Kole deserves a regular role on something good.

I also really liked the interactions between Shaw, Carter and Zoe Morgan. And Shaw is really starting to grow on me as a character. I loved her scenes with Bear and I liked her and Carter bonding over guns.

I thought the Root stuff was pretty good too (and I'm not generally a fan of the Root stuff because I don't really get it). I wonder what it all means exactly? I liked that Finch was there though because he knew something was going down.

I also watched the pilot episode of "Sleepy Hollow" which started over here last night on Universal Channel. I thought it was a good pilot episode and there's definitely enough to keep me watching. I think the characters are interesting enough and everyone has pretty good chemistry with each other. I hope the next few episodes really build on the potential shown in this opening episode. My only complaint is that the picture quality wasn't that great but that's probably Universal Channel's fault although it usually seems okay when I'm watching other shows.
