Two days from two years

I write this here and now because I might not ever get another chance to put it down in hard-copy. I wanted to save this for the 27th, but cannot because of the surgery.
It's hard for me to believe that we've been together for (almost) two years now. By no means has it been easy; we've encountered and endured quite a bit thus far, and we're still together. Thank you for putting up with me.
I won't blather on too much; I'm not the greatest with words. I just want you to know that the last two years with you have been amazing, through the good times and bad. You're an incredible person and have enriched my life in so many ways.
I don't know what the future holds for us... nobody does. I do know, however, that because you're a part my life, I'm a better person for it. I can't begin to thank you sufficiently for all you've done for me, whether you know it or not.
You're my best friend, and I love you.
