I know it's long but PLEASE READ IT!!!!
Ok so i just had the most amazing night of my life!!!!! well jess and i went to see Amber Pacific in concert!!!! it was in Danbury so a good hour and 45 minutes. Well we get there and we are standing outside and this guy asks us if we have gum and unfortunately we didn't, i introduced myself and so did jess, he said he was duane. then he was like i'm gonna go buy gum and when i get back i'll give u guys some! we said ok and waited outside. We didnt see him so we went inside. It was a cute club with a small stage and everything. jess and i decide we were gonna lean on the stage! so we did. no lie there was only about 30 people there!!!
so the first couple bands played, i wasn't so thrilled about a couple of them but Never Say Die was really good, and i'm on there mailing list!!!! anyway then Houston Calls gets on stage and they were amazing, and totally kicked ass. The lead singer ended up loosing his lip-ring. But they were amazing!!! completely and totally rocked my world!!!! it was so amazing as to how close we were..... but then houston calls got off and next was socratic, and we were talking to a guy that was sitting on the stage and he was cool. i felt bad this drunk kid kept talking to him! but he was wicked cool about it. so then they start setting up for socratic and we see duane. i thought that he was helping them and he puts on a guitar. i was sooo confused. so jess and i said hi and he was like i have gum do u want it. OF COURSE!!!! then we found out that HE IS THE LEAD SINGER OF SOCRATIC!!!!! it was amazing! and the cool kid is kevin and he was a guitarist for socratic. and they both knew my name!!! talk about exciting. They played and rocked my world! so they are finished and duane gives me a hug then said he was gonna go change his shirt and be back later. so i start talking to kevin and i asked him to sign my poster, so i walked over and when i got the 2 of our posters signed she found the lead singer (tom ) from houston calls and gave him hi lip-ring back!!!he gave her a hug and said thank you! well then Kevin got me a free CD and signed my poster, so did duane!!!
and well then Amber Pacific started playing and they are phenomenal !!! i was in total heaven. i mean i could have touched matt (the lead singer) but i didnt cause that's just creepy! and they were amazing and played ever song they've ever recorded!!!! i mean AWESOME!!!! and then after it was over they signed whatever u wanted them to. I had them sign there first CD and the CD insert! then i went to buy the houston calls CD and they were all standing right there. I asked them if they would mind signing it and they said no. so i bought another one and they were surprised. i told them it was because i wasn't gonna play a signed CD so they cave me a hug and we started talking and now i'm on a first name basis with them!!!! omg we were the last ones to leave besides the bands. IT Was an amazing night!!! then today i'm checking my myspace and i have a message from. IN A HEARTBEAT, who was a band that played saying that they remembered me and wanted to know if i enjoyed it!!! I was like wow, they remembered me!!!!! well here are the pictues of the stuff i got b./c i didnt bring a camera!!!
