Ran has to admit she's intrigued by all the strange-looking equipment. It almost looks like something a bomb squad would use, but not quite. And even if it was, why would Hattori have it? He seems pretty young to be on the squad, no matter what kind of world he's from.
And the Hattoris she's seen here -- or even heard of being here -- are few and far between, so she can hardly pass up the chance to address her friend. The Kazuhas here will probably be happy to see him, at the very least.
She approaches with her hands clasped behind her back, dressed in a casual sweater and skirt, looking nothing but curious.
