... to be more descriptive, a Kaito is currently seated in the dining room, feet propped up on the table and chair balancing backwards on two legs as he scans a book propped in his lap (Lupin, of course-- what else?). It would be a fairly average scene... if it weren't for the five foot fire dragon looming

Such as the fox that's been following her around for the past few weeks. Or the pheasant, cobra, and lemur who recently rejoined the duel field.

Oh and this guy. Him too.

Semi-older Ayumi is immediately entranced by the second half of the zoo she's managed to carry in her pocket since arrival. "Haaaaaahh... I've never seen cards like that...!" WRONG FRANCHISE.

[Even if it's a bit older, it's still a voice Kaito recognizes (despite only having heard it a few times), and he glances up from his book to greet the newcomer just as his Charizard devours a small bit of steak of bread from his hand.

... huh. Not any Pokemon he's ever seen before. But judging from the way she said 'cards,' they probably aren't creatures he's become so familiar with. One eyebrow shoots up, but his grin is obvious]

They aren't cards.

"Oh- they aren't?" Curious face is curious. "Then what are they..?" Other than real- because as she's been warned (many times), that happens.

Wattpheasant wants some of those seeds by the way pidgeotto.

[Said Pidgeotto gives this strange bird a sideways glance, before she moves aside to share her seeds]

Wattpheasant is very happy to be sharing seeds- Lemur is watching with evident jealousy, but even if he's offered some, the others are wisely holding him back.

They're living, breathing animals. [The Umbrone slinks forward to sniff at Ayumi's feet curiously]

Ooof- What do you take him for 'Komi', Pheasant is not the sort to be a hog!

...That's Lemur's deal. "Ah- Well, I guessed that but..." Oh, who's this?

Ayumi blinks down at the umbreon, slowly bringing a hand down for it to sniff. (Also to rub it.) "Oh... Hello..!"

The Chimera of all things is getting jealous now though, and tromps over to the other human in the room before poking him with his tail.
