(no subject)
It's been an unusual week and I can't really point to anything specific ... just weird.
Dan left about 10 days ago for his 30 days in house treatment. We were supposed to find out on that tuesday when his bed date would be. They called on monday and said your leaving for Spokane (clear across the state) in 2 hours. He went by greyhound and then city bus... what no private jet and limo from the airport! When I dropped him off at the bus station he said "next time you see me I'll be a changed man". I told him I kinda liked him just the way he was! I've talked to him a couple times since he left. He sounds good.
Yesterday I was peddeling my bike home for lunch and crashed on some ice. I swear there wasn't any ice there earlier! Today once again my body is telling me I'm not as young as I used to be. If anybody happened to get pictures of me crashing and sliding on my ass please send them too me, It must have been quite the sight!
I'm being used by the federal government!
I was supposed to start jury duty monday but the recording says that I won't be needed till tuesday and to call monday night again.... come on I man... quit stringing me along. I worked hard all week to get everything done knowing I wouldn't be in on monday. Now monday I won't have anything to do and I don't want to start any big jobs if I'm going to be gone on tuesday.
