And yet, Shawn was, and sitting behind a mountain of paperwork that someone, somewhere had decided needed to be done Right Now and Shawn had been putting off for days already.
Looking at the requests for funding for a 'defensive wing' of the 4400 Shawn frowned, especially at the note implying he just sign off on this that was stuck to the top. Something didn't feel quite right there, but... Collier wouldn't lead him wrong, would he?
