Can living people spin in their graves? Cause if Kripke were dead, I'm sure he would have just from the soundtrack of Bloodlines. God, tell me he wasn't involved. This was bad. So bad I couldn't enjoy the fact I was watching Supernatural with the rest of the world instead of nine years late for the first time. It was worse than Man's Best Friend

What episode are you talking about? Bloodlines, I don't know this so called new show totally do, but I'm in denial this ever happened and that they wasted one episode of Supernatural.

It's a good thing you don't know anything about the show, cause it's never going to happen. Which means it would forever stay as the wasted one episode of Supernatural. Woohoo!

The networks tried the came "Chicago by Night" idea with The Dresden Files, which had the advantage of a charismatic lead and was based on a fantastic novel series, and even that tanked after one season. I think SPN just struck gold when they cast J2.

I'm not familiar with The Dresden Files, but I agree. The network struck gold with everything about Supernatural, not just J2. Not to mention it's the one survivor from the WB that was a much better network than CW currently is.
