Omg Josie is getting SO BIG! She stands up while holding onto things and crawls and climbs like a champ. She babbles constantly and pays attention to people in the room like she has something really important to say. And she waved bye-bye to me (!) and I nearly died from cute.
It's intriguing to watch her interact with the world more and more. Not just like a baby interacts with the world, but like a human being does. It's hard to describe. It's like watching her personality develop, watching "baby" fade and "Josie" come out.
She also grabbed Dexter by the face and yanked, which made him cry, but he was a very good dog and just licked her hand like "I don't understand why you would do such a thing, but I kindly ask that you refrain in the future." Josie laughed and tried to do it again. Poor Dexter, I had to save him. But he definitely passed the dog/baby test. Good boy.
