First of all, welcome to my friends list!

Second of all, I have anxiety issues, too. It was really, really bad over the winter and I was having panic attacks almost every single day. I hadn't had one since March and all of the sudden, one hit me out of the blue the other day. I wasn't in a stressful situation, either. In fact, I was hanging out at Jacobson Park with the ducks. I didn't try to run from it. I just went on with what I was doing and I haven't had another one. I totally felt like I couldn't breathe, though. I was entirely freaked for a couple of minutes.

I put you on the filter where I talk about my anxiety issues. Perhaps I've learned something that could help you out.

Welcome again!

I'm so sorry you had another attack after all this time.
I hope you and Jim get to feeling better.
Call when you feel up to it.
*hugs*
