Brisket

Found mom's recipe for brisket that was always amazing! Takes 5 hours total to make. I cook in oven with an inital rub on it for two hours. Take out and let it rest for 20 mins and slice it...cover it with a sauce and put in a casserole dish and cook for 3 more hours...SO, I do the first part and go to make the sauce and I'm out of
