I am a simple soul. The three things:
Number 1: Partners. Like woah.
Number 2: Explosions
Number 3: Smart dialogue that makes it hard for many writers to really flourish in the fandom but the ones who do, watch out!

I love these things too. XD (Especially the partners - LIEK WOAH, indeed - and the smart dialogue. Although it's very hard for me to write for fandoms that qualify on #3. *sigh*)

I read through the reprints of Steve Canyon a couple of years ago. Fantastic, in a very silly way. The Ferocious Females were somethin' else.

That is the very crossover of which I was thinking. Really impressive writing, and a gut-wrenching twist on the first read.
