end of the line
so, it's come to this time again. This is the third time i've gone thru this..the culmination of the spring semester and the beginning of summer. During the years of elementary, middle, and high school, this time was most awesome and although as we get older, summer is still kinda cool, it brings with it a newfound sadness. Not everyone stays for the summer...alot more friends then in the past are staying but there are still alot that aren't. Ashley is leaving for chicago on friday, Ted is going back to long island for the summer, and although they will be here, I won't see my girls everyday like i have been for the past seven months..=(.yes, there will be less stress..and although i am taking two art history classes and will be in class everyday over the summer, it still will never compare to the craziness that is my major.
Finally a break from design..and what do i want to do? Get out my sketchbook and sit outside..sketching...it's funny how they instill this in you..thinking about everything from a design perspective..it's crazy, but i don't think my brain will think any other way ever again..heh.anyways sorry ..tangent.
So yesterday was my last final for this semester..history and it was a tricky little bugger. So what did me and my girls do afterwards..what would you do? that's right..we drank! Me, bhavneet, anna, bridget, stephanie, and grace..grace fucking drank..it was crazy..and it was funny cuz at first when i brought over my tequila and margarita mix they were like..eww..tequila..and of course within a hour or two, we had run out of tequila..so i figured we could go over to the boys house since we were in u-club and get the tequila they wanted me to take last iu talked to them..plus i figured they might appreciate the overwhelming amount of girls ( drunk girls) in their apartment since i always manage to only have guy friends at our parties..It was interesting though..the boys seemed amused. So yea, we drank yesterday from 5 until 10:30..four margaritas and two beers later..i was done for the evening. We had a blast...stephanie fell asleep in her nest chair in the living room ( she doesn't drink much..it was funny). I did ear candles on anna..( ask me and i'll explain later), we watched bridget jones edge of reason, emperor's new groove, and moonstruck meaning it was on in the background..I left at 11..i had mad drunk muchies for a mcdonald's cheeseburger..big mistake..i had a tummy ache later that night..but it tasted damn good when i ate it...so all in all..yesterday was a blast..it's cool how close i've become with this group of people who i've only know for a short amount of time..it's cool that we have three more semesters together..we are like a family and next year will only get better especially since brig, anna, bhav, and i are all officers next year..we're the big kids..lol. anywho, time to do some packing that i have been avoiding oh too well. I'm driving back to Nokomis today and then flying out to San Francisco on thursday! yay! Don't worry though kiddos, i'll be back! Until then, take care, and I hope everyone has a good break!
