just some things........
the boys tell me i am a much happier person now that lea moved here. huh. imagine that. the union hands just told me over headset that they were going to give lea a standing ovation. evidently, i am much less snarky.
or...they arent doing as much stupid crap for me to get onto them about!
we got a new kid today. 19. sheesh, i have socks older than him. he calls me MA'AM.
i told him that i will only give 3 warnings before i smack him.
i think he might think im kidding.
heh....seriously, he seems a nice enough kid. eager. fresh legs. and he doesnt act like he knows it all. yet. its only day one.
all of the kittens that mommas cat skinny minnie had are boys. so, i am on a cat hunt. i miss having a kitty so much. i know it would make me crazycrazy happy. (you know, to go along with the general feeling of crazy happy thats got the boys breathing easier.)
in the land of seriously good...crazy good....right now i am listening to sara evans sing the CRAP outta "jolene"....and my lights look AMAZING. http://saraevans.musiccitynetworks.com/
i think i might do this theatre thing for a living. waddyall think?
in other things....lea beth has been canning EVERYTHING. and ohmygawsh.....everything she makes is amazing. seriously. just yall wait and see when you visit. pickled califlower, carrots and peppers.....homemade spaghetti sauce, pickles, pickalilli, green tomato relish.....damn. i think she has picked every bean out there (we still have fresh veggies!!!!!) and they are in various mason jars all dried out and ready for soups or whatever. its so good to grow your own food. i highly suggest it. the best part of her canning....coming home from work to a housefull of wow!!! smells and seeing my sweet love using my memas old porcelin and enamel canner. things older than me for sure.....and i am glad that shes taken to it. im sure that mema would love lea ......theyd have been canning buddies for sure.
hmmm...i think i love that lea girl.
and in the land of random...i was totally talking about deo the other day and who calls me out of the blue this afternoon but deo! and, just as we are both getting to talking about what shows we are doing, both our radios go off and we have to hang up. heh. whats that called??? synchronicity? yeah well.....i call it awesome. we are catching up more this weekend.
so theres that yall...whole lotta random.../but this is really all i can muster writing in the haze, strobe and LOUD of the booth. soundproof my ass!
