The Olympics. Were in her country. And Alysha was watching from a little island in the States. It seemed unfair somehow.

Office Hours (All Day)
Alysha hadn't quite figured out what to do during these office hours, but she was holding them nonetheless.
She also had almond cake since she baked out of habit and keeping it at home was really the worst idea ever. Cake plus the pies the aunties kept sending, and she was going to end up in different sized jeans very quickly.
