ok so that is not going to work!

The whole raw fruit only thing I mean. Yeah, I did one day and felt pretty good about it but then today even though I ate a giant fruit smoothie for breakfast I was STARVING within 2 hours, and also craving bread. Now I've read that cravings are a sign of food addiction, but I'm not too sure I believe that. Maybe 'man shall not live on bread alone' but he does live on bread! Last year I felt fantastic on a cooked vegetarian diet, so perhaps I'll just go back to that and stop trying to rush things. It took me more than a day or a week or a month to get so unhealthy, it's going to take longer than a day or a week or a month to regain my health. Must be like the tortoise, not the hare.

I did an hour hike yesterday though, so that was good!
