It's a brand new day....
Long time no update, huh? Well I'm finally all settled into the new place. I love it! I love that it's a loft- it's nice having things split up onto two floors so that you don't feel like you're living on top of each other. It's sooo much brighter too which is the best part. The one downfall (which is definitly death-with-able) is that my bedroom gets rediculasly hot because it's in the loft which has 2 skylights and no windows that open (on the "4th" floor). It's also great not to have to worry as much about the noise level so we can actually have people over and not get yelled at for not being loud. So yea, overall I would say this was a good move and I am definitly happy with it.
As for work... I love the Decordova, but I think it's time to move on. I had an interview with the Museum of Science. I didn't walk away saying "yes I got myself a new jon" but I felt good when I left. So here's hoping for that!!
On a seperate note- I love having things to look forward to. I had been looking forward to the move and now that's done. But in just a couple weeks I am going to Philly for a night to see a musical and Sally's "showcase" at the Arden- pretty psyched to see all of this that I have heard so much about, not to mention getting to be there and (well kind of) see my Sally! And then just a week and a half after that my bestest is coming out to visit! I couldn't have two better things to look forward to than seeing my two best friends in the world within a couple weeks of each other. I'm very excited for both.
