Finally able to watch! And they were able to keep their choreography, yay~~~~! The camera was of course spastic, but we were able to see snippets of the choreography, which looked like there was a lot of movement and some fun group formations - love how they come in a line then expand in the pre-chorus or pop out like in the bridge. And of course, *love* the jacket stuff XD

[ETA] Music Core's camerawork was much better! I miss the live audience though, and some of the isolated shots were a little cheesy/awkward (e.g. Nicole's rap) and that blur effect was a little annoying at times (but it produced some really nice shots, like of Gyuri at 1:58) but it's like a performance version MV. Wonderful shots!

This space for commentary - c'mon, you thought I wouldn't have commentary? xP

First of all, I really like their styling - with the exception of Jiyoung's hair color, I think they all look wonderful. Btw, have I mentioned before that I've been really loving Gyuri more and more over the years? I *really* like how she looks in this performance.

I really like the formation work! I'm a sucker for circular formations, especially when it rotates, so I was caught right from the beginning XD I also really like how they all come into a line at 1:00 and 1:55 then spread open to reveal first Gyuri then Nicole, and especially love the bridge, where Nicole pops out at 2:46. The choreography itself is really fun - like I said, lots of movement, going from spins (love them! 1:04 and 1:59) to that slinky leg move to hand choreo to posing and then wonderful jacket funtimes. It's not choreography that focuses on just one "gimmick" but instead makes the whole song really interesting to watch performed. It's part of what I liked about After School's choreography for Flashback - yes, that one move "squatting" move is iconic, just as the jacket thing is here in Pandora, but there's lots of other things going on too

Tangent: When they say "crush crush," it always makes me think of Sera Myu XD (Galaxia Gorgeous!!)

I also managed to watch Rain's movie today, R2B. It was like a K-drama, squished into 2 hours XD I thought it was decent, actually. The cinematography was like a CF, actually - very pretty with the angles and scenery and colors, the acting was quite believable and the characters, though not very developed, had some interesting backstory. I really wish they could've done more with the *minor characters, but the movie took a turn halfway through and it focused heavily on the main characters. There was some awesome dogfighting, which made me squee. What they portrayed of the aviation community was both amusing, 'cause aviation is the same no matter what the country, and kinda touched a nerve (I should've known someone was gonna die! It's a K-drama, goodness) but in a genuine sort of way. Anyway, there was some great comedy, nice action, and what lil romance that was in there was really cute.

Also, really surprised that G-Dragon's comeback is so swagtastic - it doesn't sound at all like a mainstream rap song, which I definitely give him props for. He's become so much more confident in his rapping and it shows.

Anyway, here, have an interesting picture of a hotel being reclaimed by nature.
