Bringing it back, yo
I totally forgot how much I loved Diva back in the day. (Actually, when I first heard of After School's "Diva," I thought the group Diva had done a come back with a song called "After School" XD;;) They were a hecka strong rap girl group who also did some techno. It's interesting that no one mentions them, especially since if you see in this performance of Up & Down, the style of clothing is what 2NE1 (and to some effect, f(x) and 4minute) has capitalized on.
Anyway, Brown Eyed Girls' Hot Shot had stirred a memory of another group doing a similar concept back in the day, and in going through some old K-pop videos (YT has so much stuff now!) I found the song I was looking for, again by Diva, called In Winter (LQ performance / MV). But what should I find while searching for more performance videos??? Miryo and Narsha covered it! Their cover is pretty awesome and totally leads me to believe that they had looked to Diva for a bit of inspiration for some of their work, which is fantastic 8D
